Admission Procedure

1. Registration

To apply for admission at S.R. Memorial School, parents may obtain the Registration Form from the school campus or complete the registration online through the school website.

The registration process is completed upon submitting the duly filled Registration Form along with the prescribed Registration & Processing Fee.
Please note:

• Registration is valid only for the academic year for which the child is registered.
• The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Registration does not guarantee admission. Admission is granted based on an assessment, interview, and compliance with the school's admission guidelines.

2. Admission Assessment

Registered candidates are required to appear for an entrance test and/or interview as scheduled by the school.
Failure to attend the assessment will result in automatic cancellation of the registration, and the Registration Fee will be forfeited.

Documents Required

The following documents must be submitted along with the completed Registration Form:

• 4 passport-size photographs of the child
• 2 passport-size photographs of the parents
• Copy of the child’s Birth Certificate and Aadhaar Card
• Previous academic record / latest marksheet (where applicable)
• Identity proof of parents (Aadhaar Card or Passport)

Age Criteria

Eligibility for admission is based on the child’s age as of April of the admission year:

• For Class I, the child must be 5+ years old
• For Class V, the child must be 9+ years old
• Age requirements for other classes will follow the same incremental patte
